She Still Looks Quite Unhappy

Took another picture while Klawdia was complaining in her kitty voice about me waking her up.


I borrowed my father's phone for a while today, and ended up taking pictures of myself and my child. ENJOY THE INSANITY.

This is my baby, Klawdia Hikari. I adopted her when she was three weeks old; I was told she was 6 weeks, but it was obvious she had JUST opened her eyes.
When she was just a teeny tiny baby who slept on my shoulder and nursed my hair all day, Klawdia had blue eyes. Then, they slowly turned to a blue-green, to a bright green, to a yellow-green, and then to pure yellow.
She's smaller than most cats her age, but that's alright because I am also a tiny one.
We have two other cats, who she is always picking fights with (a chip off the old block?), and two dogs who she has wrestled with since she was old enough to walk around on her own. Especially our German Shepherd/Mastiff mix, Ava, who is more than five times her size.
Klawdia is the only living being on this Earth who has ever brought out my maternal instincts. She is my baby and I love her like a mother loves her child.
